A dynamite windshield cleaner to be sure, but it is only a cleaner, not an anti-freeze. 303 Tablets when added to any anti-freeze type premix triples the cleaning power.  303 Instant Windshield Tablets are for All-Season use.

The anti-freeze type premixes contain methanol, a poisonous compound which cannot be made non-poisonous (methanol is extremely inexpensive). Some parts of the U.S. has restricted the production, transport and sale of methanol premixes. In these areas when protection from freezing is needed or merely to avoid the use of methanol premixes, 303 Instant Windshield Washer Tablets with isopropyl rubbing alcohol may be substituted. Isopropyl rubbing alcohol is available at grocery, convenience & drug stores. Here's how much alcohol is needed.

To 1 Quart of mixed 303 Instant Windshield Washer Cleaner add:

- 4 fl. oz. to protect to 26°F

- 8 fl. oz. to protect to 23°F

- 12 fl. oz. to protect to 7°F.
