"I wanted to share my experience with 303 High Tech Fabric Guard:
Let me first say that I am super-skeptical about products that claim to do miracles, especially cleaners and protectants. But on a whim, I purchased a bottle of High Tech Fabric Guard in the hopes it would save some fading patio furniture. With what was left in the bottle I treated the cloth seats in my convertible to help protect them from fading when I leave the top down. That was a week ago. This morning I spilled my cup of coffee into the passenger seat of the car 7 minutes into my 30 minute highway commute. With nowhere to stop, I had to wait until I got to work to clean it up. After 23 minutes, the coffee was still beading on the surface of the seat and cleanup was a breeze. I was truly amazed. Thanks for making a product that truly lives up to the claims made about it."

I just wanted to tell you about how I use your product to save me a lot of time and grief.

My family and I live in Florida and have a porch with nice patio furniture covered with a heavy cotton-type fabric. With this humidity and with the road grime, soot and tree pollen where I live, I have what is effectively an outdoor, though covered, exposure situation, and a big mildew problem. Until two years ago, I couldn't go more than six weeks without having to clean the patio furniture. The fabric would mildew that quick.

Two years ago I cleaned the fabric and treated it with 303 High Tech Fabric Guard. Wow! What a difference. It now stays clean much longer and no mildew! Every six to eight months I wash the material to remove the surface dirts, and reseal it, but the mildew has not returned. Saves me a lot of grief. And what a relief to not have to ever look at those cushions and see mildew there. Your product claims about resisting soiling and staining and water repellency are right on. Thanks for a great product.
